| Who Applies? | Students holding undergraduate degrees in areas such as business, human resources, psychology, sociology, English, art, music, and teacher education, who seek to work in training and performance improvement. |
| What will I learn? | Students learn the theoretical basis for, and receive applied training in, the analysis of performance problems in the workplace and the design, development, management, and evaluation of instructional and non-instructional solutions to those performance problems. |
| What do graduates do? | Graduates work in organizations to coordinate the various functions that pertain to human performance improvement, and in leadership and managerial roles in training and human resource development within business, public agencies and nonprofit organizations. |

| Who Applies? | Non-degree seeking students who wish to develop and enhance their skills in HPT Degree-seeking students who want to focus on HPT to supplement their degree |
| What will I learn? | Students learn how to conduct needs assessment, find performance gaps, identify and design effective interventions, and evaluate interventions. |
